How to Refer

Please send referrals to our secure email address at referrals@kevinwongmd.com with the subject header “Referral”. Kindly include the patient’s name and preferred contact method. Any additional information about the patient’s condition is always welcome and encouraged. We prioritize expedient appointments for our referring providers.

Clear communication is the standard. My goal is collaborative care — supporting you while ensuring your patient receives expert care. That means keeping you informed about diagnostic findings, treatment plans, and updates.
